This contract serves as a binding agreement between the two parties of Erik Lehnsherr, henceforth referred to as The Dominant; and Charles Francis Xavier, henceforth referred to as The Submissive. The Dominant hereby agrees to support the Submissive for a length of 3 months, unless otherwise specified, under the following terms and conditions.

residence. UP 073A.

provisions

Housing. The Dominant will provide quarter for The Submissive. This will at minimum include sleeping arrangements, free access to utilities, and storage for The Submissive's belongings. The Dominant will ensure that the provided housing and surrounding building is wheelchair accessible, and will renovate his property to meet this requirement.
Sustenance. The Dominant will provide food for The Submissive that is appropriate for his dietary needs.
Allowance. The Dominant will allow a monthly stipend inversely proportionate to the private earnings of The Submissive. The Submissive is encouraged to find work, but is not required to do so.
Sex. The Dominant is not required to have sex with The Submissive. The Dominant will permit The Submissive to take sexual partners of his own choosing.
Health. The Dominant will provide healthcare for The Submissive, and will not deny health services to The Submissive if they are requested by either The Submissive or by medical professional.
Other Needs. The Dominant will provide clothing for The Submissive which is socially and seasonally appropriate.

conduct

Multiple Contracts. The Submissive will allow The Dominant to take on as many Submissives as he pleases, so long as it does not infringe on any of The Submissive's rights as outlined in this contract. The Submissive waives his right to veto additional Submissives, but if he should find the additional Submissive disagreeable, may instead dissolve this contract within a week of The Dominant taking the additional Submissive.
Hygiene. The Dominant waives specifications for The Submissive's hygienic habits.
Housing. The Submissive will keep shared spaces to The Dominant's liking.
Property. The Submissive will not deface or destroy The Dominant's property or belongings.
Employment. The Submissive is permitted to find employment and is entitled to 100% of his earnings.
Purchases. The Submissive is permitted to make purchases with his personal funds, or household purchases with The Dominant's funds, without presence of The Dominant. The Submissive can show this contract as proof of this clause, but is forewarned that he can still be denied by the owner of the establishment from which he chooses to make his purchase.
Sex. The Submissive is not required to have sex with The Dominant. The Dominant is free to take sexual partners of his own choosing.
Social. The Submissive is not permitted to behave in a manner that would either cause embarrassment to The Dominant, or that would result in a fine or his arrest.
Belongings. At the end of contract, all items that The Submissive had owned prior or has acquired during the term of the contract, save for anything physically attached to The Dominant's property, may be claimed by The Submissive. The Submissive is responsible for retrieval of his belongings no later than 1 month after the contract ends or is dissolved.

punishment

The Dominant waives his right to corporal punishment of The Submissive.
The Dominant waives his right to the destruction of The Submissive's property.
The Dominant waives his right to denial of any aforementioned provisions to The Submissive.
Breach of the contract may result in its immediate termination.
