Backtagging: Yes, definitely. Always.
Threadhopping: Yes! Sure.
Fourthwalling: Yes, please. Just make sure not to include other castmates in fourthwalling unless given permission. But I have no qualms with people recognizing Magneto or even recognizing Erik's face as Fassbender!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I don't have many problems with untouchable subjects, but Erik will react very badly to a great deal of things, like idk, making light of the holocaust. Not that I've seen a character who would, but seriously, that would be pretty bad.

Hugging this character: You could try I guess, but he's not a good hugger.

Fighting with this character: Sure, but if I'm not familiar with your canon, I might have to ask a bunch of questions! Just a caveat though I mean, he is Magneto...
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): We should plan this out beforehand, but I'm really good with just about anything as long as it's plausible.
Killing this character: Same as injuring, but definitely let me know right off the bat if this is your objective!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: LOL...... well he's fair game if he's not wearing his helmet. I'll let you know in brackets what's ok to take! Erik is pretty honest, so. Feel free however, to freeze him. If you plan on doing some coercion/personality juggling though, let me know.
